All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Ángeles Dept is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
FINAL SALE
All items are final sale. Due to the limited nature of our drops and for hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ángeles Dept is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.
