All sales at Ángeles Dept are final.

Due to the limited nature of our drops and for hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product prior to placing an order, we encourage you to contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery Email: angelesdept@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:
• All hats and accessories
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards

Refunds will not be issued for items marked as delivered by the carrier.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase with Ángeles Dept, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with proof of delivery and policy acknowledgment.
